Why PubOps works this way
What do I need to start?

Just an account and your next issue. Confirm your email, sign in, and open the starter draft. You can write and review before importing subscribers or connecting delivery.

Where can I publish?

Connect Resend, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Kit, or Brevo for email delivery. Each needs an account and a successful connection check. PubOps also has a native web archive. Substack uses a manual export.

Who controls the editorial decisions?

You do. Source evidence, sponsor approval, voice alignment, healthy links, and editorial review determine readiness. Missing evidence stays visible. Optional AI can suggest edits; it cannot verify sources or approve an issue.

What happens if delivery is unavailable?

Keep writing and reviewing. Send plan shows what needs attention. Failed or uncertain sends retain their history for reconciliation. Only an accepted live destination result counts as sent; a file export does not.
